What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a Kirovaé piece before it is produced and dispatched. Your order helps us determine production quantities, allowing us to create pieces more intentionally and avoid unnecessary overproduction.
Why does Kirovaé operate on a pre-order basis?
We choose to operate primarily through pre-orders so we can produce according to genuine demand rather than holding large amounts of inventory. This allows us to offer thoughtfully designed pieces in limited quantities while reducing excess production.
When will I receive my pre-order?
Each pre-order product page will clearly state the estimated production and dispatch timeframe before you purchase.
As your piece is being produced specifically for your order, pre-orders will take longer to arrive than items that are already in stock. Production begins after the pre-order period closes. Once we know how many pieces have been ordered, we can confirm production quantities with our manufacturing partners.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that dispatch and delivery are separate. Your order may require processing time before it is handed to the delivery provider.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or other import charges depending on the destination country.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which size to choose?
Our size guide is based on body measurements and is designed to help you find your best fit across Kirovaé collections.
Because each piece has its own silhouette, we also provide product-specific fit guidance on individual product pages.
For our fitted tops and dresses, we recommend your usual size for the intended fit. If you are between sizes and prefer a more sculpted silhouette, you may size down.
For our relaxed trousers and jorts, we recommend your usual size for the intended fit. If you prefer a more oversized, baggy look, size up.

Does sizing vary between products?
Yes. While our core size guide remains consistent, the fit of each garment can vary depending on its design, fabric, construction and intended silhouette.
Each product page includes specific fit information to help you choose the right size.
What if I'm between sizes?
For fitted styles, sizing down can create a more sculpted fit, while sizing up provides additional room.
For relaxed bottoms, we recommend your usual size for the intended fit. Size up if you want a more oversized, baggy appearance.
